EVENT Live Disclaimer
EVENT Live acts as a service provider on behalf of, but not limited to, event organizer(s), promoter(s), producers and artist(s) to facilitate tickets or process payments for other services at events whether at a physical or virtual location. Collectively for the terms of this agreement these organizer(s), promoter(s), producers and artist(s) are known as "Organizers".

Ticket Pricing and Availability
EVENT Live does not set ticket prices or control seating availability, including the quantity of tickets offered available, tickets sale times, or when the event will be sold out.
EVENT Live provides a service on behalf of the organizer, which means we do not set ticket prices or determine seating availability. Tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may become available prior to the event but EVENT Live does not control any of these factors.
Order Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from EVENT Live at the same email address associated with your account. This email contains your ticket as a PDF with order details and QR code/Barcode. Please bring it, along with a valid ID, to the event. Your transaction details, including payment information and Order number, are also available on your account on our platform.
If you do not receive your ticket email or cannot view any confirmation after completing your purchase, please contact EVENT Live Support immediately with your order details.
EVENT Live will not be responsible for any monetary or other losses if you fail to confirm your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
All tickets sold on EVENT Live are Final with No Refunds or Exchanges unless the event is canceled. This policy includes events you have purchased a ticket(s) for that have changed dates, times, venues or artists. Only the organizer, not EVENT Live, can issue refunds for any circumstances listed above and most organizers will also outline this in their terms and conditions. It is the Organizer's responsibility to inform you of any related information; not EVENT Live.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, customers must contact the organizer directly as set forth in the refund policy they have posted if refunds are allowed. If no contact information is listed for the organizer, the customer should contact Event Live support and we will make our best efforts to pass your message along to the organizer.
Limitations
EVENT Live cannot guarantee a response, or a timeframe for a response, from the Organizer, particularly if their Refund Policy terms explicitly state "No Refunds" in which case no further explanation or response is required.
In the event that an organizer fails to honor a refund that a customer believes is due under their applicable refund policy, or has clearly communicated in writing their intent to refund, that customer may request that EVENT Live review the circumstances or discrepancies to determine if a refund based on the organizer's refund policy is valid. This review could take up to 45 days of being contacted by the customer. EVENT Live will take best efforts to reach, communicate and negotiate a settlement on your behalf but cannot process this full or partial refund on their behalf. Note: In the event of an event being canceled or postponed, EVENT Live cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation, or any other related service. Decisions to move or cancel events are not made by EVENT Live, therefore we are not liable and will not offer compensation or refunds of any costs incurred.
Special Cases
If an event has been canceled or postponed, you may be entitled to a face value plus tax refund (if tax was added to the purchase), subject to the event producer's posted policy. All EVENT Live ticketing fees plus any processing fees(credit card, etc.) are non-refundable.
Specific to shipping/fulfillment fees: refunds will only take place for shipping/fulfillment fees if the customer's package has not been mailed.

If tickets were purchased at a physical location (not online) and an event is canceled or postponed, those tickets must be refunded at that physical location.
Refunds for canceled events are generally processed automatically. In special conditions or circumstances around an event cancellation or postponement, customers may be required to provide certain order and personal information (confirm mailing address, etc.) in order for refunds to be executed.
You agree not to contact EVENT Live to seek a refund or exchange from EVENT Live when EVENT Live is prohibited from providing one by its clients.
Disputed Charges "Chargebacks"
By purchasing tickets to an event, you agree not to make any attempt to contact the third-party credit card processing company you used to purchase your tickets for a"chargeback" for any fees paid for tickets. This includes, but is not limited to:
- bad experiences,
- cancellations,
- not being able to attend an event,
- or an artist not performing.
Any attempt made to dispute a transaction on the EVENT Live platform will result in canceled tickets, and forfeiture of any/all deposited funds to the Organizer of the event.
EVENT Live reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to honor pending/future ticket purchases made from credit card accounts or online accounts involved in such chargebacks. EVENT Live may prohibit any individuals who violate this provision from using its services. This includes, but is not limited to, persons whose names are on the credit card accounts, anyone who accesses associated online accounts or credit cards, or those who otherwise breach this clause.
Ticket Transfers & Resell
EVENT Live does provide a ticket exchange portal where customers (people who have bought tickets on the EVENT Live Platform) can securely transfer their tickets to others.
We cannot guarantee this feature will be enabled by the organizer as they may not allow transfers due to multiple reasons including the shipping of RFID or physical tickets. If the transfers feature from your "Orders" portal is not available you would need to reach out to the organizer directly.
EVENT Live cannot guarantee the validity of any ticket not originally purchased through EVENT Live, including those resold to another person or via a ticketing reselling platform.
Ticket Lock™ - Payment Plans
By selecting the "I Agree" button and enrolling into a Ticket Lock Plan, you(as a customer) consent to the following terms and conditions:
You are obligated to pay the amounts specified, including all stated fees, on the designated dates, referred as the "Ticket Lock™ Schedule", in order to receive your ticket(s). For your ticket to be deemed valid, all payments must be made in full and on time.
You are required to maintain a valid form of payment on EVENT Live for the entire duration of the payment plan.
You can visit your "Profile" inside the EVENT Live platform at any time to see the status of your payment process, change or edit payment information, or pre-pay payments to the "Ticket Lock™ Schedule".
Payment Failure
Should your payment be unsuccessful or rejected by your financial institution, you will have a 7-day period to rectify the payment or update your payment method. Failure to complete a successful payment on time will result in the invalidation of your order and tickets, and no refunds will be provided. You must maintain a valid form of payment for the entire duration of your payment plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Ticket Lock™ plan at any time from the EVENT Live "My Profile" screen, but in doing so, you will forfeit any and all payments plus fees known as"Cancellation Fees".
Cancellation Fees: The Cancellation fees are the sum of the Ticket Lock™ fee and the initial payment (first payment of your order listed on your payment schedule).
Additional Notes
By purchasing this plan, you agree not to dispute any of these charges with the bank as both the fee schedule and cancellation policy has been visible and transparent before purchase.
Please check your order details carefully before checking out, any service fees for the payment plan will appear in the total. We are unable to make any changes to your payment plan once your order has been submitted.
In the event, a full or a partial refund is issued by the organizers, both EVENT Live ticketing fees and credit card/processing fees are not eligible to be returned, as they are earned at the time of purchase.
EVENT Live is not responsible for customer's bank fees, including but not limited to NSF (Non sufficient funds) fees, resulting from scheduled payments being deducted by the customer's bank via transfer.
