Event Details
The St. Pete Yoga Fest is in partnership with The City of St. Pete and Healthy St. Pete and is a vibrant annual festival that aims to bring the community together to celebrate yoga and wellness. Founded in 2011 by Vandana Dillon, the all - day festival features diverse yoga classes, live music, inspiring speakers, local businesses and opportunities to give back to a local charity. This annual festival brings together the community to celebrate yoga and overall wellness. The mission of the St. Pete Yoga Fest is dedicated to creating inclusive access to yoga and wellness education for the residents of St. Petersburg.
Festival admission is FREE and open to the public; however, yoga classes require a paid yoga pass. Passes can be purchased as all-day unlimited yoga (Best Value) or as a single drop-in class.
St. Pete Yoga Fest 2026 will be held at Spa Beach Park at the St. Pete Pier. The St. Pete Pier is a 26-acre waterfront destination in St. Petersburg, Florida, featuring parks, restaurants, and family friendly activities. This unique waterfront setting offers soft sand, sweeping views of Tampa Bay, and a serene coastal atmosphere—creating the perfect backdrop for yoga, connection, and community.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in, attend, sponsor, or provide services at the St. Pete Yoga Fest (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree as follows:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in yoga, wellness activities, vending, exhibiting, teaching, or attending the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks for myself.
Release of Liability
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge VandanaLife, the organizers of St. Pete Yoga Fest, the St. Pete Pier, the City of St. Petersburg, sponsors, vendors, teachers, volunteers, and all affiliated persons or entities (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to my participation in the Event.
Medical Consent
I certify that I am physically fit to participate and take full responsibility for my health. I consent to receive reasonable medical treatment in case of illness, injury, or emergency during the Event.
Responsibility for Property
I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal property, equipment, and materials brought to the Event. The Released Parties are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.
Publicity Release
I grant permission for photographs, videos, or recordings taken at the Event that include my likeness, booth, or participation to be used by the organizers for promotional purposes without compensation.
Legal Capacity
I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age. If signing on behalf of an organization, I represent that I have the authority to bind that organization to this waiver.
By proceeding and purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver & Release.
