SAVOR THE SUN + SEA
As part of Savor St. Pete, LUMA at SkyBeach Resort invites you to Savor the Sun + Sea—a four-course chef dinner inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean and Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Chef Ryan Van Dusen brings the two coasts together through a menu of fresh seafood, handmade gnocchi, slow-braised lamb, and a bright finish of blueberry tiramisu. Expect bold flavors, unexpected pairings, and an evening made for lingering around the table.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest; however, tickets cannot be exchanged for another event, date, or resort credit.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend. Tickets are valid only for Savor the Sun + Sea on October 22, 2026 at LUMA at SkyBeach Resort.
Menu items are subject to availability and may change. A vegetarian option is available only when selected in advance at the time of ticket purchase. Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when booking; accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
