Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Final

All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. Please ensure you have confirmed the event title, date, time, and location before completing your purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ANY DISPUTES MADE AND THE PERSON USES THE TICKET THEY WILL RECIEVE PERMENANT BAN

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will automatically be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, theft, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

You understand that attendance at live events involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to crowd interaction, strobe lighting, loud sound levels, and potential exposure to alcohol or other attendees’ actions. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage, or personal injury, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

By attending, you hereby waive, release, and discharge the event organizers, venue, staff, security, contractors, artists, sponsors, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event.

You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless all listed parties from any claims brought by third parties as a result of your actions or participation at the event.

3.5. Medical & Emergency Acknowledgment

By attending this event, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to safely participate in an environment that may include loud music, flashing lights, and large crowds. If you have any medical conditions or sensitivities that could be affected by such conditions, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to take the necessary precautions or refrain from attending.

In the event of a medical emergency, you consent to receive basic first aid or emergency medical care deemed necessary by event staff or professionals on site. You understand that any associated costs for medical treatment or transport are your sole responsibility.

4. Parking & Personal Safety

Please note that the event organizers and venue are not liable for any parking incidents, damages, theft, or accidents that occur outside of the venue premises. This event takes place in downtown Salt Lake City, and while we do our best to promote a safe environment, we ask all attendees to stay mindful and aware of their surroundings. Please take proper precautions, secure your belongings, and park responsibly. Your safety matters to us—thank you for helping us keep the night positive and safe for everyone.

5. Personal Responsibility

Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Entry may be denied or revoked without refund to anyone whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of event or venue policies.

6. Age Restrictions & ID Requirements

Attendees must comply with all posted age restrictions. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions will be made.

7. Photography, Video, and Media Release

By entering the event premises, you grant permission for the event organizers to use your likeness in photos, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional or marketing purposes. If there is anything against this

8. Compliance with Laws & Venue Policies

Attendees agree to follow all local laws, venue regulations, and event policies. Illegal substances, weapons, and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms. We are beyond excited for this event and can’t wait for you to join us :)

9.ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

By purchasing a ticket to a VVSB Presents event, you acknowledge and agree that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you are unable to attend the event for which your ticket was purchased, you may request to transfer the value of your ticket to another eligible VVSB Presents event, subject to availability, approval, and any difference in ticket price. Transfer requests must be made prior to the original event.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us directly regarding any ticketing or payment issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent, false, or improper chargebacks are strictly prohibited. This includes disputing a valid ticket purchase after the ticket has been used, scanned, redeemed, or otherwise used to gain admission to the event.

If our records confirm that a ticket associated with a disputed transaction was successfully used for admission, or we otherwise determine that a chargeback was initiated fraudulently or without a legitimate basis, VVSB Presents reserves the right to permanently restrict the purchaser from purchasing tickets to or attending future VVSB Presents events, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to provide ticket purchase records, transaction information, ticket scans, admission records, and other relevant documentation to the applicable payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
