Skyway Social Event Cancellation
Dear Skyway Social Attendees,
We are writing to share some difficult news regarding Skyway Social, originally scheduled for Saturday, October 3.
After extensive planning and logistics evaluations, this year's Skyway Social has been canceled.
Our primary promise has always been to deliver a seamless, high-quality event centered around the unique experience of riding the Skyway through the core of Jacksonville. Due to recent system constraints and reduced Skyway train availability, full rail service to meet the needs of our crowds will not be operational on our event date. While alternative transit measures, including ground shuttle buses and trolleys, were offered to bridge service gaps, those options would fundamentally change the experience at the heart of Skyway Social.
Ultimately, we do not feel confident that these operational limitations would allow us to deliver the event as it was designed and as our guests have come to expect. Rather than move forward with an experience that no longer reflects the vision of Skyway Social, we believe the most responsible decision is to pause for this year.
We are extremely grateful for the dedicated support of our partners and the countless people who have poured their hard work into this event over the past two years to make it happen. While this chapter is closing, our commitment to downtown Jacksonville remains unchanged. We look forward to returning with fresh ideas that continue serving our purpose of placemaking, bringing our community together for the world-class experiences our city deserves.
Refund Information:
- Automatic Processing: You do not need to take any action. All ticket purchases will be refunded in full.
- Timeline: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. Tickets are not transferrable across multiple attendees. All price levels listed above are available in limited quantities. Once each allotment is sold out, Tickets will be sold at the next price level. There is no difference in access with price levels of the same ticket type. Please only purchase Tickets through this site and our official purchase page. We are not responsible for Tickets purchased through any unofficial sources. The re-sale or attempted re-sale of Tickets at a price higher than that appearing on the face of the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. For issues with previously purchased passes, please email info@rteam.net.
The event is an outdoor event and is held rain or shine. Line-up, schedule and set times are subject to change. All sales are final, tickets are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to COVID19, refunds will be offered, but only upon official announcement from festival organizers. Festival wristbands are not transferrable once applied to a patron’s wrist. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the event organizers. Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venues, local, state or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management. All persons entering the venues are subject to search for prohibited items including but not limited to: contraband, unauthorized merchandise, alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, cameras, video equipment, and recording devices.
By attending you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including injury, illness, or property damage, and release RTEAM, its staff, partners, vendors, and affiliates from any liability that may arise. You also grant permission to be photographed, filmed, and recorded, and consent to the use of your image, voice, and likeness by RTEAM and its media partners in any promotional or commercial content without compensation or approval. Entry to the event constitutes acceptance of these terms. To ensure a safe and seamless festival experience, the event utilizes smart crowd analytics and contactless technology onsite. By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, you acknowledge that your physical presence, movements, and crowd interactions may be analyzed and recorded in real-time to optimize traffic flow, reduce wait times, and enhance safety protocols. Aggregated data from these systems is used to refine our operations and improve the technology for future events.
