ADA Parking

A limited number of Accessible parking spaces are located in the Front Lot in front of the dealership. There is no fee to park and spaces are available on a first-come first serve basis. Additional spaces are located across the street in the GE lot. All vehicles requiring accessible parking must have the proper decal displayed from the rear-view mirror or have an applicable license plate.

ADA Restrooms

All public restrooms are designed to be accessible to our guests with disabilities. Guests will find accessible features such as stalls and hand sanitizer stations.

Alcohol

South Carolina and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). Therefore, guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Harley-Davidson of Greenville. The number of alcoholic beverages served may be limited to two drinks per person, per purchase.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or who are disturbing other guests. Beer sales are discontinued approximately thirty (30) minutes before the end of the event. We encourage guests to drink responsibly and not to drive after drinking.

Bag Search

To make entry as quick as possible, we only allow clear plastic/vinyl tote bags (no bigger than 12” x 6” x 12”), and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). The small clutch bags don’t need to be clear. We don’t allow any other type of bag. Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:

1. Purses larger than a clutch bag
2. Briefcases
3. Backpacks
4. Cinch bags
5. Fanny packs that are not clear and exceed size restriction
6. Diapers and other baby supplies can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family,
7. including children, is allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the arena.
8. Cashless Concession Purchases

In an effort to provide faster service and a more convenient experience, all food and beverage

concessions inside the gates have transitioned to a cashless payment system. Debit, credit

cards, and mobile payment options (Apple Pay & Google Pay) are accepted methods of

payment.

Concessions

Harley-Davidson of Greenville offers a wide variety of concession options throughout the venue available for purchase.

Distribution of Materials

The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on Harley-Davidson of Greenville property.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Areas

Drop off areas are located at the front of the dealership. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Failure to adhere to Police and Parking Staff direction will result in ejection from the facility. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. All Guests utilizing Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Etc..) after the concert must be picked up from the front of the dealership.

First Aid

The First Aid/EMS station is located near the back gate on Gateway connector. We have EMTS on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed.

Band merchandise booths are available inside the gates.

Outside Food and Beverage

No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought through the gates of Harley-Davidson of Greenville.

Parking

Parking will be first come first serve for motorcycles in the dealership parking lot. Additional parking will be announced. Parking at the trucking company on Chrome Drive is not permitted, you will be towed.

Harley-Davidson of Greenville does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to the parking lot opening or after an event will be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Guests park at your own risk. Unauthorized persons on site prior to the parking lot opening or after an event will be asked to the leave the premise. Subject to police intervention if

unauthorized persons don't follow staff instructions.

Payment Types

We accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and mobile payments.

Prohibited Items

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal detecting hand wands upon entry. For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:

1. Alcohol, Illegal drugs/substances
2. Aluminum water bottles
3. Animals (excluding service animals)
4. Any item deemed to be dangerous
5. Audio recording equipment
6. Bags that do not meet the bag policy
7. CamelBaks or hydration packs
8. Chains, studs, spikes (including wallet chains)
9. Coolers
10. Electronics including iPads, tablets, Go-Pros, UAV (drones), and filming/recording devices
11. Fireworks or sparklers
12. Frisbees, footballs, hula hoops, jump ropes, festival poles/totems, noisemakers
13. Glass, Cans, Bottles, Metal water bottles
14. Outside Lawn Chairs
15. Professional cameras with detachable lenses

Purchasing Tickets

Tickets are purchased through Event Live.

Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry is not allowed for any event.

Refunds and Exchanges

When an event is cancelled, refunds will be given. When you purchase a ticket, you do so with the understanding that no refunds or exchanges will be issued if an event plays as scheduled.

Seating

There is no seating provided for this show. No outside chairs will be permitted inside the gates.
