ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES


FESTIVAL GATE TIMES:

FRI 4.17 – 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

SAT 4.18 – 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

SUN 4.19 – 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM


All amplified music must end by 10:00 PM Friday, Saturday & Sunday per city ordinance.


FESTIVAL BOX OFFICE:

FRI 4.17 – 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM

SAT 4.18 – 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM

SUN 4.19 – 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM

RE-ENTRY POLICY:

Platinum VIP, VIP (3 Day & Single Day), & GA+ Tickets will be allowed 1 Re-Entry Per Day. Only these ticket types will have valid Re-Entry scanning abilities.

IMPORTANT INFO:

Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Event Live on behalf of Austin Reggae Festival. If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder. If you still do not see your order confirmation, please email Info@ReggaeRiseUp.com.


All wristbands will be mailed out approximately 2 weeks ahead of the event to all fans who purchased before the shipping deadline (March 21, 2026).


Wristbands will be sent to the mailing address specified on your order.


All international orders will be held at Will Call.


Will Call tickets orders must go to the Festival Box Office to pick up their Festival Wristbands.


Shipping is a separate cost on top of the ticket price, and not included in the ticket taxes and fees.


All Purchases are for Austin Reggae Festival 2026, not for a specific artist.


Artist, Venue, and Schedule are subject to change without notice.


Artist cancellations are not grounds for a refund.
