By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All Sales Final
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. Please ensure you have confirmed the event title, date, time, and location before completing your purchase.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will automatically be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance at this event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. You agree that the event organizers, venue, sponsors, affiliates, staff, contractors, and artists are not liable for any claims, losses, or damages of any kind, whether arising before, during, or after the event.
4. Personal Responsibility
Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Entry may be denied or revoked without refund to anyone whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of event or venue policies.
5. Age Restrictions & ID Requirements
Attendees must comply with all posted age restrictions. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions will be made.
6. Photography, Video, and Media Release
By entering the event premises, you grant permission for the event organizers to use your likeness in photos, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional or marketing purposes.
7. Compliance with Laws & Venue Policies
Attendees agree to follow all local laws, venue regulations, and event policies. Illegal substances, weapons, and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited.
