Delete Account
Event Live Website: Sign in at eventliveus.com, go to Profile and Settings, then select Delete Account to remove your account.
Event Live Pro: Open the mobile app and go to More > Settings, then tap Delete Account to remove your account.
What gets deleted :- Your account profile, login credentials, and app usage data associated with your Event Live account are deleted.
What we keep and why :- We may retain certain records required for legal, accounting, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention purposes (for example, payment records or audit logs). These records are retained only as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Deletion timeframe :- Account deletion is processed as soon as requested and is typically completed within 30 days. If you have an open support case, we may need to complete that case before deletion.
Need help :- If you cannot access your account, contact Event Live support to request deletion.
Reports
This section of the app provides sales reports for the currently selected event.
Guests
This section of the app provides information and the ability to scan tickets for the currently selected event.
Scan Tickets Use this section to check in tickets presented by guests. This section will only scan tickets that originated on the EVENT Live platform.
Guest Info Use this section to get guest information about a specific guest by scanning their ticket.
Registered Guests This presents a list of guests who have not been checked in to the event.
Active Guests This presents a list of guests who have been checked in to the event.
All Guests This presents a list of all guests along with their check in status.
POS
This section of the app allows organizations to sell tickets for the currently selected event.
