Requested times are estimated on business days and standard business hours (U.S. Eastern Time (ET)) only and do not take weekends or holidays into consideration. Both domestic and international banks can play a part on how soon you can access these funds in your account that are out of the control of the EVENT Live platform. Requests may be held for review before funds are released.

You receive the full amount of your approved request. The fee is charged separately against your remaining balance and is not deducted from the payment sent to your bank.

The amount available to advance is derived from several factors, including but not limited to:

• Total amount of funds currently available in your balance minus the percentage retained by EVENT Live for refunds or chargebacks
• The total lending cap set on your account by our risk management team
• The amount of times you have used the feature in a specific time range

Where offered, you may ask for a request to be paid out instantly. An instant request is released on a shorter timeline and carries a different fee, shown before you confirm. Instant payouts are available only to a bank account or debit card that supports them. If an instant payout cannot be made at release, the request is held and tried again rather than sent as a standard payout. EVENT Live cannot guarantee your instant payout will be available in the suggested timeframe as all financial institutions differ on when they make funds available. EVENT Live earns its percentage, or fee, at the time of the transaction and will not refund for factors out of its control including the time it takes a financial institution to make funds available.

If your event is cancelled, or refunded, after you have drawn funds, and your remaining balance does not cover the refunds owed to your customers, you remain responsible for returning the difference within 24 hours after the event is canceled to EVENT Live. If these funds are not repaid within 24 hours EVENT Live reserves the right to pull these funds from your other connected accounts or events with available balances.

The Advance Funds feature, including fees charged, frequency of request and time frames where this feature is available are at the sole discretion of EVENT Live. These terms apply in addition to your EVENT Live Service Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions. Where they conflict, the Service Agreement governs.

This entire agreement is in conjunction with the standard EVENT Live Terms and Conditions as well as the EVENT Live Privacy Policy and may be subject to change at any time.
