By purchasing a ticket, table or cabana to New Year's Eve 2020 at Armature Works you fully understand this is a rain or shine event with NO REFUNDS. This includes requesting refunds or disputing charges for not being able to attend New Year's Eve 2020 at Armature Works for any reason.
All charges from this event will appear in your bank account like the following EXAMPLE below:

Disputed Charges: Any attempt to disupte a charge for this event will be vigorously defended and disputed with your financial institution by EVENT Live on behalf of the New Year's Eve 2020 at Armature Works organizers. This includes but is not limited to submitting evidence of this Waiver you have acknowledged before purchasing a ticket, time or times you and or guest have been checked-into the event, or any photo or video evidence of ticket purchaser or ticket purchasers guest obtained by organizer.
Furthermore, you agree to both the privacy policy and the terms and conditions set forth from our Ticket broker EVENT Live outlined on the EVENT Live Website.
Transfer of Ticket: You will be allowed to transfer ownership of tickets without changing the name on the ticket. Tickets will be scanned at the gate so please ensure the party you transfer your ticket to does not try to duplicate the ticket. In the case the party you transferred a ticket to uses a ticket that has been scanned or checked-in we will have no way of verifying identity so the ticket will be considered a duplicated ticket therefore; NO ENTRY Will Be Allowed.
