This Tide to Table event features fresh oyster tastings as local chefs come together to showcase their spin on this coastal classic. From Raw Oysters provided by Grayson Bay Oyster Company to Oyster Rockefeller served by East Pass Seafood & Oyster House, enjoy a variety of preparations and flavors while sipping on spirits, craft beers, and wines. Timbercreek Distillery, Goat Island Brewery, Terrapin Beer Company, Oyster City Brewing Company, and more!  Tipsy Mule will be showcasing their champagne wall for a sip of sparking wine or a cocktail, and Whim Cotton Candy will be preparing custom flavored cotton candy for everyone with a sweet tooth! 

Live music by Longleaf Drive on the Main Stage. Don’t miss this Shuckin’ Good Time on the Destin Harbor! 

The inaugural event features a special pre-event Sip N’ Shuck Experience with Chef Rifko of Oysters XO at East Pass Seafood & Oyster House. This hands on Oyster Shucking Seminar includes early entry to the event, an Oysters XO Shucking Kit, plus one dozen oysters and 2 complimentary drinks. Limited seating available.

All Florida food service institutions serving raw oysters are required by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to display “on menus, table place cards or elsewhere in plain view of all patrons” the following notice:
