Set Up:
The pod show will be organized in the following configuration
Each pod will be individually marked and will be 6 feet wide and 10 feet deep. There will be a minimum of 8 feet of social distance space in each direction between pods.
Policies:
Vehicles will be allowed to enter the Drive-In at 6:00pm to park in designated parking areas. Once parked attendees will be led to a pod in the main stage area (Screen 1).
Everyone MUST be in a vehicle when entering. No Uber/Lyft drop offs.
Everyone must wear a mask while walking from their car to their pod.
Face coverings/masks must be worn when utilizing restroom or concessions area.
NO walking around or visiting neighbors or other pods. Must remain in your pod unless utilizing restroom or concessions area.
Bathrooms are available and will be monitored by security for occupancy/social distancing and cleaned/disinfected throughout event
No RVs or buses.
Alcohol and food will be sold at concession stand and as well as golf cart service to each pod. Coolers, and outside food and drink are NOT permitted.
No grills allowed.
Rain Policy:
We will be monitoring the weather forecast and if the forecast calls for rain we will email you by 12pm on the day of the show informing you that the show has been converted to a Drive In Concert. In this scenario, you will be directed to park your car in the designated spots in front of the main stage area (Screen 1). Each parking spot will have a 15 feet wide by 25 feet deep space. If it is not raining at the start of the show you will be encouraged to set up your chairs in front of your car and enjoy the music from your chairs.
If it is raining there will be an FM Transmitter and the concert will be broadcast to your car.

Q: Do we have to stay in our pod?
A: EACH pod will be 6 feet wide and 10 feet deep. There will be a minimum of 8 feet of social distance space in each direction between pods. Must maintain social distance at all times from other groups. You may set up chairs, blankets.etc. (no tents, grills, umbrellas, totem poles large object that will interrupt a view). You must keep with social distancing guidelines and group of 6 or more will be asked to disperse.
Q: Is the ticket per pod or person?
A: Each ticket is for 4 people in one pod. Security will check your pre-paid tickets for your 5th or 6th additional person. This is an 18+ unless you are accompanied by a parent or guardian
Q: Will you have food options?
A: Alcohol and food will be sold at the main concession stand as well as a mobile golf cart servicing each pod. Mobile golf cart service is cashless and contactless (credit or debit card only, main concession will accept cash) Coolers, and outside food and drink are not permitted. No grills allowed.
Q: What if you· arrive via Uber, Lyft, or ride share?
A: Any attendee that shows up via a ride share service or is dropped off at the front gate will NOT be allowed into the venue. All attendees must have a- ticket and must arrive in a vehicle to be let into the event.
Q: Will there be Security & Police?
A: We will have our Security team working the main gates, parking cars, roaming the fields, and watching over bathrooms.
Q: What happened to those who are not following protocol?
A: All attendees not following the rules and implemented. social distancing guidelines will receive one warning. After the warning is issued and the attendee continues to cause problems the entire car/truck load will be removed via PD.
