For over 40 years, fans worldwide have dreamed about witnessing the phenomenal XTC songbook live. Now, EXTC - featuring XTC’s original iconic drummer Terry Chambers - are making those dreams a reality. With the blessing of XTC luminary Andy Partridge, EXTC storms through a rich catalogue of songs not played live in over four decades, including Making Plans for Nigel, Senses Working Overtime, Life Begins at the Hop, Mayor of Simpleton, Generals and Majors, Dear God, Sgt. Rock and many more. Fans can expect a live experience equalling the fire and passion witnessed in XTC’s gigging heyday that included worldwide tours with The Police and Talking Heads. Alongside Terry, EXTC features frontman Steve Tilling from TC&I (the band of XTC’s Colin Moulding and Terry), Steve Hampton (guitar, Joe Jackson, The Vapors), and Matt Hughes (bass, Robyn Hitchcock). https://www.extc.co.uk

Taking sonic cues from the likes of the Pixies, Kate Bush, Talking Heads, and Tori Amos, Central Florida foursome Sandman Sleeps initially formed around the familiar bond of sisters Cristina and Alex Peck as teens. After spells of separation and togetherness, of depression and exploration, in art school and in various cities and bands, Sandman Sleeps reconvened with renewed passion in 2019. Enhancing this with drummer Karsten Andersen and guitarist Zack Jones, they embroider songs old and new with honed musicality and diverse life experience. https://www.sandmansleeps.com

Best known for his work as singer, guitarist and chief songwriter for St. Petersburg Florida art-pop band The Ditchflowers, Ed Woltil’s music has been featured on NPR’s Open Mic and in Performing Songwriter magazine. He has shared the stage with music industry legends like Richard Thompson, Alex Chilton, Procol Harum, Graham Parker and Chris Isaak. Woltil has garnered numerous regional and national awards, including First Prize in the 2000 USA Songwriting Competition, Gospel category; and First Runner-Up in the 2006 John Lennon Songwriting Competition, Folk category. Creative Loafing has called Woltil’s music “exquisite…sweet, timeless pop” while Popmatters has said that “every song exhibits supreme musicianship and an insightful yet earthy lyricism.” Woltil’s seminal power-pop trio, Mad For Electra — revered by critics and fans alike — helped shape Tampa Bay’s vibrant original music scene of the ‘80s and ‘90s. The 2015 album Cycle landed on numerous critics’ “Best of the Year” lists. Featuring contributions by Dave Gregory of XTC and Dave Mattacks of Fairport Convention, No Depression called the disc “a gloriously synergistic merging of talents” and Powerpopaholic called it “a musical shot of happiness…simply beautiful.” http://edwoltil.com
