ABOUT: DVBBS are a multi-platinum electronic duo from Toronto — brothers Alexandre and Christopher van den Hoef — and one of Canada’s most globally successful dance acts, with 5.7 billion streams, 28.9 million Shazams, and nearly 10 million followers.

Their sound effortlessly fuses big-room house, progressive melodies, and electronic/dubstep influences into high-energy, festival-ready anthems.

Their 2013 breakout “Tsunami” hit No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart — one of only thirteen Canadian acts ever to do so — and sits in Spotify’s Billions Club with platinum certs across nine countries.

The catalogue holds 15+ platinum certifications globally. DVBBS hold multiple Juno nominations, won Electronic Artist of the Year and Single of the Year at the CMW Indie Awards, earned a SOCAN Dance Music Award for “West Coast,” and charted in the DJ Mag Top 100 for six consecutive years, peaking at No. 16. In 2025, “Move A Little Closer” with Abi Flynn (Kanary/Ultra/Sony) hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Dance/Mix Show Airplay, three weeks No. 1 on Mediabase U.S. Dance Radio, and won Dance/Electro Pop Song of the Year at the 2026 EDMAs in Miami.
